Things are getting a little crazy in East Lansing right now: I have two big exams and a paper proposal next week, so my life will be devoted to studying for the next couple of weeks. On the bright side, spring break starts at the end of next week, so you get to look forward to posts about those adventures! (Don’t worry, nothing Daytona Beach-ish.)

But, before I bid you adieu, there are a couple of extra-special people who need a birthday shoutout.

The first is my dad, who turns 61 today.

The second is my roommate’s boyfriend (and my friend) Cory, who turns 21 at midnight.

The third is my (pretty, smart, awesome, perfect) little sister Jessie, who turns 21 on Sunday!

Happy birthday to those three awesome people, and for the rest of you… I’ll see you March 2!
