Spring semester lesson 2: Don’t ask your friends for blogging advice.

Well, don’t ask your friends who want a shoutout for blogging advice.

Today, I was kind of on the struggle  bus while trying to figure out something to blog about. Nothing ridiculous has happened to me yet this semester–except almost running into a wall last night while texting a friend–and I’ve been so busybusybusy lately (seriously guys, this is the exact opposite of last semester) that I haven’t exactly gone out searching for ridiculous things to happen to me.

I was online and talking to my friend Allison, and she naturally suggested I write up a post about her. When I asked what about, this was her response:

Conversation with Allison

There’s no arguing with that logic, is there?

Normally I’d respond with the threat, “I’m gonna kick you in the head,” but that’s slightly improbable (okay, impossible) with A. This is why:

A and me

The kicker: She’s barely wearing heels. And mine are a good 3-4 inches tall.

A’s in AOII with me, and I always think about how funny it would be if she were my little sister. I’ve decided it’s my goal to find a little that’s a whole head taller than me. Honestly, that’s not too far-fetched.

A's post with a giraffe

To everyone else, happy Tuesday!
