I know what you’re thinking: Where have you been all my life?!
Well, don’t worry my little bloggies, I’m back, and I’ve got my spring semester lessons, random picture Sundays, and all-in-all embarrassing stories about my incredibly interesting (cough) life in tow.
In case you were wondering, here’s what you missed during my little hiatus:
1. Beach lovin’ at Rondeau.
My dad and I made a trip out to the cottage during his first week of vacation. The entire world was gray and brown and other dark, earthy colors, and all I want right now is to grab about sixteen books and head back there. Who’s with me?
2. Cookie baking with my biffle.
Remember the banana muffin disaster? (Who doesn’t?) Well, you’ll be proud to know that I successfully made my mother’s chocolate drop cookies (sans frosting, because we didn’t have the right ingredients) without burning the house down, destroying the cookies, lighting myself or K on fire, etc.
3. Perry family Christmas.

Honestly, this needs no description. I’m sure the picture above speaks for itself.
4. I turned 21.
J and B organized a surprise party for me at Champps and invited my big along. It’s quite possible that I squealed. Loudly.
Now, let me ask you something: What is it about spring semester that always makes it much crazier than fall? This happened freshman and sophomore years, and I have the sinking suspicion it’ll happen this year, as well. I guess karma took my complaint about not being busy seriously.
Happy Friday! See you soon, East Lansing!
